We had our work Christmas party onboard the sunset cruise. Voted by the team best Xmas party ever. So beautiful to cruise up the river at that time of the afternoon. The sun shone, the sea was calm, and just sailing around all the Bay was wonderful. As we went by areas of interest, our captain gave very informative and interesting stories. The high cliffs by the lighthouse were spectacular. When we saw a Sun Fish, he drifted back so that we could watch it. Nothing was too much trouble. We saw a few seals too and the dolphins greeted us back into harbour. An experience I will never forget. Thank you.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had a great time with friendly funny crew watching whales who are close to completing their migration towards the end of the season. Absolutely lovely experience getting to see several whales. It was a nice surprise because we were right at the end of the whale season so we weren't expecting to see any, let alone a baby! Our tour was extended slightly to see the whales for longer, which we were really grateful for. We also saw some dolphins on our way back into the bay. I don’t think viewing from the Teakin 2 is as good as from the other boats, and I didn’t find the boom-netting as enjoyable as on a previous trip. This was on the boat with a smaller boom net, which seemed more comfortable.

One of the most exciting parts of the trip was how quickly we spotted dolphins — we saw our first pod within **five minutes of leaving**, which was an amazing start to the cruise. Watching them swim and play alongside the boat in their natural environment was truly special. The crew did a great job pointing them out and sharing interesting information about the dolphins and the Jervis Bay ecosystem.
The boat itself was comfortable and well organised, with plenty of space to move around and take in the beautiful views of the bay and coastline. The water was incredibly clear and the scenery throughout the cruise was stunning.
It was also great to see how accessible the experience is. The boat is **wheelchair accessible** and even has a **disability-accessible toilet on board**, which makes the cruise inclusive and comfortable for a wider range of guests.
Overall, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience, and definitely one of the highlights of our time in Jervis Bay. If you’re visiting the area, the dolphin watch cruise is absolutely worth doing. 🐬🌊 LOUISE S
